Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Campaign Manager to develop, implement, and manage our Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Google Ads campaigns. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving organic and paid traffic to our website, improving our search engine rankings, and maximizing our return on investment (ROI). You will have a strong understanding of the latest SEO and Google Ads best practices, excellent analytical skills, and a passion for digital marketing.

Responsibilities:

SEO (Search Engine Optimization):
- Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings, increase website traffic, and drive conversions.
- Conduct thorough keyword research to identify high-value keywords and optimize website content accordingly.
- Perform technical SEO audits to identify and fix website issues that may be hindering search engine performance.
- Optimize on-page elements, including meta tags, headings, content, and internal linking structure.
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical and effective strategies.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, search engine rankings, and key performance indicators (KPIs) using tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
Google Ads (Pay-Per-Click Advertising):
- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across various networks (Search, Display, etc.) to achieve specific marketing objectives.
- Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and cost-effective keywords for Google Ads campaigns.
- Write compelling and effective ad copy that drives clicks and conversions.
- Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI, including bid management, ad copy testing, and landing page optimization.

- Manage and track campaign budgets effectively.

General:
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into content creation.
- Work closely with the development team to implement technical SEO recommendations.
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance, including key metrics and insights.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates, share results, and discuss strategy.

Qualifications:

2+ years of proven experience in managing both SEO and Google Ads campaigns.
In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, techniques, and best practices.
Strong understanding of Google Ads platform, campaign types, and optimization strategies.
Proficiency in keyword research tools (e.g., Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush).
Experience with website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and search console tools (e.g., Google Search Console).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
